QH294M PRO camera failure

QH294M PRO camera failure
« on: March 26, 2021, 07:18:57 PM »
Yesterday, during a session imaging Whirlpool galaxy, my 294M had a very strange behavior. It gave me a "posterized" sub (Sub 5). The previous sub (sub 4) was correct.
Both are screen captures of the core of the Whirlpool galaxy, the same "posterization" and black spots were all-over the frame.
I have tried everything I could imagine:
a) Restarted the camera
b) Restarted the capture software (Sequence Generator Pro)
c) Tested with a different software (EzCap / Sharpcap) - same results
d) Uninstalled driver and reinstalled the latest one 2021-03, with firmware 2021-02-??
e) Changed USB port
f) Changed Power supply
g) Checked all optics for fog / ice - could not see anything
h) Tried the camera uncooled

Is there something else I can do or should the camera go for service? It is really upsetting me since I have the camera only for 2 months and I barely used it 5 nights, due to bad weather.

Original FITS files, together with some other failed attempts to capture M13 are stored here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Agc2CC2ewDNEhMVxZmeH5E6XrfXAdg?e=shGpza

Which mode do you use?

11M mode or 47M mode?

11M mode. 47M failed completely also, whenever I snap a sub it has a black stripe somewhere in the image - not in the same position.

Where did you buy the camera?

Maybe we can replace it for you.
