Hi there

Thanks for providing Polemaster and Ezcap on Linux as well.

I was using both on Ubuntu 16.04 (x86_64) successfully but since a reinstall of my system with Ubuntu 18, EZcap does not work anymore, and throws the error "Illegal instruction (core dumped)" in the console.

Does the package need a new version for the latest Ubuntu?
Thanks

Hi,
I compiled them on Ubuntu 16.04,and EZCAP_Qt can work, maybe because of the difference of 16 and 18,it can't work normally.I will take some time to check this issue, but I'm working on Windows, maybe you need wait for some time.Sorry.
Best Regards,

Hi,
Sorry,I afraid I can't develop it now,I only have RPI 3B device. But if you have that device and it work with Ubuntu system,I can offer PoleMaster_Qt source code and you can try to compile it by Qt Creator.

What would be great would be to open the QT_Polemaster code by making it available on a platform like github or gitlab.

I am a developer of the NAFABox project : https://github.com/Patrick-81/NAFABox

A number of our users use Polemaster but it can not use it with their NAFABox (in x86_64 computer or raspberry (armhf), or Tinkerboard (armhf) or other board (armhf + arm64).

To allow everyone to use it easily we would like to integrate QT_Polemaster into the installation scripts.

For it to be compatible with all our platform is much simpler for us to have directly accessible sources somewhere.

In addition it will allow the whole community to help development !
