Mechanical Q&A / Re: QHY410C - what is the Bayer pattern?
« on: May 07, 2021, 09:36:14 PM »
It should be RGGB, try color balance (or white balance) options

In the all-in-one install path, there is an "ascom" folder
Path like "C:\Program Files\QHYCCD\AllInOne\ascom"
QHYCFW_Setup_V0.1.10.4.exe is the  ASCOM driver for 4-pin port
QHYFW[RS232]ASCOM_V0.2.0.5_Setup.exe is ASCOM driver for usb port
you should not need ascom when you use native SDK 4-pin connection, but you do need to connect the camera first.
Also, please check the filter wheel work mode (check this link for detail https://www.qhyccd.com/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=68&id=181)

Make sure NINA using SDK version greater than 21-02-01
you can check the version after you click camera connect button
To show the SDK version, NINA version need greater than 1.11

Then change to "filter wheel" tab, click "rescan Devices" button
You should see it now

Please try this preview version, you may need to uninstall the old one first.

The new version is on the publish process

A new stable all-in-one(and all content) version is about to publish

you can find it here for now: https://www.qhyccd.com/html/prepub/log_en.html#!log_en.md

Or on the download page this week

Please try a new installer bellow
before running the installer, please make sure close all the software
If it still happens, please send me your remote control ID to my@qhyccd.com, I will see what I can do

Please search and run "ASCOM Diagnostics", select the first menu in the image
Then chose camera, and try connect.
If there is a problem there should be an error message.
Please post the error message

Should be a power supply problem, not hub problem.

I think you need to change the offset a little.
I will ask my coworker for more information, and send to your email.

I got your email, I'll check that first

Please send your remote information to my@qhyccd.com, include the time(with time zone)
I have to do the test, it really not looks like a hardware problem, I follow your video then nothing happens, really confuse me.
I have to test more software and check versions one by one.
Sorry about the past month, lots of things backlog due to the Chinese new year

Flat frame is a good way to  check this problem. As I said, I have no idea about all your software and hardware environment, so this can make the problem much simple

But I'm a little confused about  "the 2021-02-10T <--- was without moon so the background should be darker than 2021-02-24T but is not."
It looks like the histogram show 2-10(no moon) is darker than 2-20-24(almost full moon)

I try 4.0 and 3.2, but they behave like 3.1.
I think I may need a remote test, you can send your remote control information to my email

Also, I notice two things:
1. After I update the SGP, the configuration still keep as old ones, but I don't know how to find them.
2. both 3.2 and 4.0 starting with a Beta version alarm.
